We inspect every product we manufacture very carefully.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it and we will repair it, exchange it or refund you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For change of mind returns please note that postage costs will be covered by the purchaser.
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase, beyond that we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We will however still offer repairs for 4 months after purchase should the problem be due to poor workmanship.
Refunds/ Repairs/ Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ repair/exchange request.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are approved for a repair or an exchange we will keep you posted on the progress and return your new or repaired product as soon as we can.
